These are every third party that touches customer data, what each one does, and what each one receives. If a provider is not on this list, it does not get your data. We will give at least thirty days’ notice before adding one, as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
Infrastructure and operations
Hosting for this website, the Brutus application and its data, in United States regions.
Receives: Everything the service stores, encrypted at rest.
The CRM that holds leads and client records.
Receives: What you submit through a form on this site, and the contact records behind an engagement.
Transactional email: sign-in links, notifications and replies.
Receives: Recipient email addresses and the contents of the messages we send you.
Model providers
Brutus routes each step of a job to the model that fits it, so which provider sees a given step depends on the work. None of them trains on your content: that is contracted, not assumed. How routing works.
Model inference for work routed to Claude models.
Receives: The prompt and context for that step of the work.

What does not go to a model provider
Anything you submit through a form on this website. Contact, subscribe and beta-access submissions go to our CRM and to the people who answer them, and nowhere near an inference call.
Our own people
Tenger Specialists work from the United States, India and Eastern Europe. They are our personnel rather than subprocessors, they are bound by confidentiality obligations that survive their leaving, and they get access to one project on behalf of one person, scoped and revocable. Transfers are covered in the DPA.
